An unordered collection of information about the document.

CLASS=: Specifies the class of the tag being defined. This is most often used to associated a sub-classed style sheet with the tag.
ID=: An SGML identifier used as the target for hypertext links or for naming particular elements in associated style sheets. Valid names to script with are any alphanumeric string that begins with a letter. Valid special characters include underbar "_".
TITLE=: The Title attribute is used to provide advisory information.
event: Can be this event:
onselectstart

The HEAD provides information that does not effect the rendering of the document, but may be of use to the browser. The HEAD falls before the BODY of the document is specified. The following tags are valid in the HEAD block:

BASE
LINK
TITLE
META
BASEFONT
BGSOUND
